Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a legal agreement between you and BaokemengVPN, the Service Provider, regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application and related services.

By downloading or using this App, you agree to these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative works from the App except where applicable law allows it. All related intellectual property remains the property of the Service Provider. We may update features or pricing from time to time and will communicate material fee changes through available channels.

Some parts of the Service rely on third-party tools or infrastructure, including analytics and crash reporting providers. Your use of those integrated services may also be subject to their own terms.

The App depends on a functioning network connection. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by carrier restrictions, insufficient data plans, roaming fees, poor signal quality, or unpaid device or network charges. If another person pays the bill for the device or data plan you use, you are responsible for obtaining that person's permission.

You are responsible for how you use the App and for maintaining device security, account credentials, and current software versions. We may release updates or discontinue the App or specific features at any time. If the Service is terminated, all rights granted to you under these terms end immediately and you must stop using the App.
